Shipping policy

Where We Ship We currently ship within Germany only.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 2–5 business days via DHL.

Shipping Costs We charge a flat-rate shipping fee for all orders. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a DHL tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.
